    Vegetable soup

    Ingredients: -

     

    Spring onion – 2-3

    Zucchini (Kumblanga) – 50gms

    Radish – 50 gms

    Cauliflower – 50gms

    Beans – ½ cup

    Coriander leaves – little

    Garlic – 2 cloves

    Ginger – 1 piece

    Pepper – ½ tablespoon

    Salt – for taste

     

     

    Add 4 or 5 glass of water to the ingredients and boil for five minutes. Try to drink the water and eat the vegetables. If not possible put the cooked vegetables in a mixie with the soup water and take the whole soup in liquid form.

    This is a good soup for pregnant women, breast feeding women and even for children. Any one can try this. This is a health soup rather than a diet soup.
