Sweet paneer balls
It is a good dessert, which can be served for your special guests within no time. A very easy to make recipe.
Milk maid- ½ tin
Paneer – 250 gm
Maida- 7-table spoon
Baking powder- ½ spoon
Ghee- 1 big spoon
Ghee- as required for frying
For syrup:-
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Water – 2 cup
Mix milkmaid, paneer, Maida, baking powder and ghee together. Make sure it is mixed well. Take the mixture in small lengthy rolls.
Melt the sugar in water and heat it. let the get thicker and brownish.
Heat the ghee in frying pan and fry the rolls. When its color changes to golden brown, taken in from the pan and soak in the sugar syrup.
