Sweet paneer balls

It is a good dessert, which can be served for your special guests within no time. A very easy to make recipe.

Milk maid- ½ tin
Paneer – 250 gm
Maida- 7-table spoon
Baking powder- ½ spoon
Ghee- 1 big spoon
Ghee- as required for frying
For syrup:-
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Water – 2 cup

Mix milkmaid, paneer, Maida, baking powder and ghee together. Make sure it is mixed well. Take the mixture in small lengthy rolls.
Melt the sugar in water and heat it. let the get thicker and brownish.
Heat the ghee in frying pan and fry the rolls. When its color changes to golden brown, taken in from the pan and soak in the sugar syrup.

Royal chocolate

Maida – 200 gm
Sodium carbonate- 2tea spoon
Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
Butter – 200 gms
Cocoa powder- 100 gms
Water – 400 ml
Vanilla essence- 1 drop

Mix the Maida and sodium carbonate. Mix cocoa in water and heat it. Add the vanilla essence to it. Separate the egg white and yellow. Join the butter and sugar well. Mix the egg yellow to the butter and beat it. Add the cocoa mixture to this. Add Maida and beaten egg white to this alternatively. Make sure the last layer is egg white. Pour it to a oil spread baking bowl and bake it.

Crumbled banana

Big banana cut into pieces- 4-6
Maida- 1 cup
Frozen butter - ½ cup
Sugar- 1/3 cup.
Salt- 1 pinch

Mix Maida and salt. Add the butter pieces and sugar to it. Keep the banana in layers in the baking bowl. Sprinkle sugar in between the layers. Put the Maida mixture in to the bowl in such a way that the banana pieces are completely covered with the mixture. Bake it in heated oven for 45 minutes, and take it once it is golden color.
